Andy Martin provides live Folk Music in the Red Lion Pub on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5pm " 7pm.

Thursday will see entertainment from the Ripley Morris Dancers, while Friday offers a range of entertainment for the children, from Face Painter and Firer Eater, to Guy Making and roaming magician.

Event Co-ordinator, Karen Willis, said: “The Winter’s Eve Folklore Festival is an additional event to our usual programme this season and as many of the school children will be back at school, we are focusing events on the afternoons, so that they can still enjoy activities after school.”

Saturday and Sunday, Crich Tramway Village is open from 10.00am to 5.30pm (last admissions 4.00pm) and as a thank you to the Heritage Lottery Fund for their support, Saturday 4th November provides free admission to any adult purchasing a Lotto ticket for the Lotto Draw on that date. Follow the campaign on Twitter: #ThanksToYou.

The residents of Crich are also entitled to free admission on Saturday 4th November (proof of residency required).

Marketing Manager, Amanda Blair said: “We want to say thank you to the Heritage Lottery Fund by offering players of Lotto, on Saturday 4th November, the chance to show their Lotto tickets for that day’s draw, to gain free admission. As part of our engagement with the local community, we are also offering residents living within 4 miles of Crich free admission on the Saturday.”

Sunday 5th November is the final day of the season and in preparation for a major depot refurbishment, many of the trams will be being moved in the ‘Big Tram Shunt’, providing great photo opportunities.
