T20 Cricket Match
3rd May 2015
(from 3 pm)
T20 cricket match in memory of Gordon Blackmore and to raise money for Macmillan Cancer.
The match starts at 3 pm on the Sunday May 3rd. Alongside this will be raising funds for Macmillan with an auction which includes prizes of; two executive box tickets to a derby county game next season, a signed bat from former England cricketer Graeme Swann.
A raffle that includes an artist painting, a signed Mansfield town shirt, 2 X tickets to a Derbyshire cricket match and many more bits.
There will be 3 inflatables on the day for the children to enjoy. A bake off cake challenge, BBQ and bar that is open for refreshments.
We recently found out that one of our former club members and Somercotes parish council worker Gordon sadly lost his battle with Cancer. Gordon did a lot of work for our club and the Somercotes community so we are doing the best we can to make this a great day and give him a send that his hard work over the years deserves
