Great British Spring Clean
28th April 2018
(10 am – 1 pm)
The Town Council is taking part in Keep Britain Tidy's GREAT BRITISH SPRING CLEAN.
The outdoor staff will assist with the litter picking and they will collect and dispose of the litter. Please bring your own gloves with you, bags will be supplied
NORTH â€" Meet at Scotches recreation ground
To cover -Whitehouse Rise recreation ground, Oakhurst recreation ground
Belper Lane recreation ground, Belper Triangle, Belper Lane â€" top of hill â€" grassy area towards Bulls Head
SOUTH â€" Meet at Thornhill Avenue
To cover-Thornhill Road to Park Road Channel and the shops
Mill Lane, Channel from Canada Street down to Cow Hill
EAST â€" Meet at Whitemoor Recreation Ground
To cover -Farm Close to Belper School Channel, Belper School entrance
and perimeter, Channel that runs around the perimeter of the Leisure Centre
Whitemoor Lane and Alton Road
CENTRAL â€" Meet on the Market Place
To cover - Belper Parks, Penn Street, King Street
