Have your say about roads and transport
Households in Derbyshire could be in with a chance of winning up to £400 by taking part in a survey about roads and transport across the county.
A random sample of at least 4,500 Derbyshire residents will be sent the questionnaire during July asking their views on issues ranging from the condition of roads and pavements provided by Derbyshire County Council, to the quality of local bus services.
The survey is being carried out by independent market research experts Ipsos Mori and the same questions are also being sent to residents in 75 other areas nationwide.
Everyone who is sent the survey has the option to be entered into a free prize draw to win either £400, £200 or £100 funded by Ipsos Mori.
The closing date for returning completed questionnaires is Friday 3 August 2012.
Results are expected to be published in September.
